SHIPPING & HANDLING

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours
Prices listed on website do not include shipping charges. Your shipping charges are based upon your location (zipcode)and calculated by using the UPS real-time shipping program. To view your shipping charges based on your order continue to checkout.
We do not ship to PO BOX addresses and COD shipments are not accepted.
We do not charge handling fees.

RETURNS

All requests for return merchandise must be made within 15 days from invoice date. You must receive a product return authorization number by calling 1-888-444-4348.
There will be a 25% restocking charge and the customer is responsible for all return freight costs.

DAMAGE CLAIMS

If order arrives damaged, wet, crushed or punctured please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt 1-888-444-4348. Please do not return the damaged product. We will replace the damaged product.
